   What is data archiving?

    Data archiving is the process of moving data from solid state drives to hard disk drives. Generally, data archiving is carried out to free up the memory without deleting the data.



Need for data archiving

    In Today's business environments, accumulation of data is enormous in the computers. This accumulation of data can slow down the overall performance of the computer and becomes irritating burden while working. Since the official data cannot be deleted we need to move the files and folders to a secure place to free up the memory of solid state drives in order to increase the performance.

•    Delete the particular data at specific situations

•    The data that must be retained forever

•    How safely the data should be destroyed after the lifecycle.
