Public and Private Cloud

Cloud computing is one of the demanding technology that is widely accepted by top IT industries around the world. There is a serious need for the new hardware and networking professionals to possess immense knowledge on cloud computing technology to survive in the IT industry. This blog post talks about the basic types of clouds used in Cloud computing.

There are three types of cloud available across the internet. They are public cloud, hybrid cloud and private cloud.

Public Cloud:

Public cloud is a free and available for anyone who has access to the internet. Example for Pubic cloud is Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).

Private Cloud

Private cloud is owned by a private company which has exclusive access to the cloud memory. Example for private cloud is NIRIX's oneServer with dedicated servers.

Hybrid Cloud

Hybrid cloud is the combination of both public and private clouds. This has the multi deployable advantage over the other clouds. SAAS Ecosystem is an example of hybrid cloud.
