Components of Computer

  

        Computers has become the most familiar machine which has reached every the nook and corner of the world. This interesting machine has various components that plays a significant role.

Processor

 

      This is the heart of the computer which handles the processing of tasks in the computers. 

It is the engine that drives the entire computer.

Motherboard

      Motherboard serves as a home for processor which coordinates all the entire activities in the computer.

Bus System

 

      There are two separate bus system for data and I/O transferring. The size of data bus and system I/O bus depends on the processor.

Memory

      Memory chips that are also known as Random Access Memory (RAM) which are used as a temporary storage space in executing the data and instructions in the processor. They are also known as main memory or primary memory.

Hard Disk

This is the secondary memory or permanent memory where the data and instructions are stored permanently.

Keyboard and Mouse

There are many input and devices used in computers. Keyboard and mouse are the very basic input devices used for getting inputs from the user.
